As a Girl Talk Ambassador, you will strengthen your confidence and step into a leadership role that empowers not just yourself, but the girls around you.
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Girl Talk Ambassadors engage in personal and professional development opportunities that equip them with the skills, confidence, and experience to lead in their schools, communities, and beyond.
Ambassadors play a vital role in ensuring that girls’ voices, experiences, and perspectives remain at the heart of Girl Talk’s programming and impact by sharing insights from their communities and helping to shape the future of the organization.
WHO IS A GIRL TALK AMBASSADOR?
We’re seeking motivated and passionate teens (grades 9–12, U.S.-based) ready to grow as changemakers and develop their leadership potential, who are:
- Dedicated to Girl Talk’s mission to inspire all girls to become confident leaders and creating a world where all girls thrive
- Passionate about empowering others and cultivating spaces where all voices are genuinely heard, valued, and celebrated
- Committed to their own growth—both personally and as leaders
- Eager to explore what leadership means in their own lives and communities
- Interested in developing essential soft skills—such as effective communication, confidence, and collaborative problem-solving—that will serve them throughout college, career, and beyond
- Enthusiastic about contributing fresh ideas and shaping the future of Girl Talk

Equipped with the Girl Talk Curriculum and the guidance of an Adult Advisor, she facilitates powerful discussions and mentors her younger peers through their formative years.
