At Girl Talk, we envision a world where every girl feels empowered to live confidently, lead fearlessly, and support one another. For over 20 years, we've been dedicated to making this vision a reality, guiding thousands of girls as they navigate their unique leadership journeys. Along the way, we've had the privilege of supporting 80,000 girls across the country, each with their own story, dreams, and aspirations.

Through our peer-led programs, we create spaces where girls learn from and inspire each other, fostering a community of courage and solidarity. And as the world around them evolves, so do we—constantly adapting to the shifting needs of today’s young girls to ensure they always have the tools and support they need to thrive.

In 2025, we were also proud to have amplified Girl Talk's impact through transformative partnerships with the Dove Self-Esteem Project and Sam's Club and the Barbie Dream Gap Project.
