What would you tell your younger self? Find your passion and make something of it.

What was your major in college? Design and yes I own my own business on the side doing interior Design, Home Staging and I flip houses.

What was your inspiration and what helped you become successful? How do you define success? My inspiration is my father he worked hard he was creative, talented and very successful. Taking something that I was passionate about and turning it into my career.” I love to see the seed become a plant and watch it grow.” Determination, Skill, Passion, Self Discipline, to Achieve a goal you have set out to meet.

How do you balance your work and personal life? Often times one has more importance, and we’re curious to know how you’ve handled the balance. I prioritize my time, I do not over promise and under deliver. I make time to cleanse my mind. It is okay to have self reflection time and re group come back to the task at hand and move to the next task. Once I have cleared my work day I do something for myself or for my family that brings me joy.

What’s your favorite part of your job and why? Working with my clients to help them achieve success. I love seeing people succeed and I love challenging myself.

What is your favorite hobby? I have many! Dancing, horseback riding, shooting, decorating, volunteering – helping our Military.

What advice do you want to give the next generation of women leaders? Find your passion and make it your career you wake up every day excited to do your job.

What does leadership mean to you? Motivating, guiding and inspiring someone to accomplish a goal.

What’s your advice on mentoring? Be a positive role model, be invested, share your experience.
