What would you tell your younger self?
Have faith that everything will fall into place! It is important to plan and just as important to accept that not all things will go according to your plan. Do not stress on things that are out of your control.
What was your major in college and how did you get to the position you are in today?
My major was Resort & Hospitality Management and after a one-year internship at the Ritz Carlton I applied at Manheim Fort Myers where I got the position in Marketing. I was always interested in Marketing but did not have a concentration in marketing during school nor any experience in marketing. This is a prime example of things not going according to plan but still working out for the best!
How do you balance your work and personal life? Often times one has more importance, and we’re curious to know how you’ve handled the balance.
I set boundaries and give myself breaks. I love my work but I love spending time with my family, making weekend plans, having a designated game night, and having dinner together every night gives me balance of the two.
