What was your inspiration and what helped you become successful? How do you define success? For me success is having food in your stomach, a roof over your head and a vehicle to drive. that is the basic needs in life. all the rest is gravy. also achieving things in life you never thought possible. Always believe in impossible dreams, you have to dream it to do it. you are successful if you try.
What is your favorite quote? “Money does not buy you happiness, it buys you options.”
What’s your favorite part of your job and why? I love my clients and helping their business be successful.

What advice do you want to give the next generation of women leaders? Don’t give energy to negative noise. have confidence in yourself, and only take criticism from people you trust and are supportive of you.
What does leadership mean to you? Stepping up when no one else will. Speaking you Mind even if it is not a popular point of view. being open to listen to opposing points of view and the ability to admit when you are wrong and own it.
