Believe in yourself. There’s nothing more important than believing in your inherent worth.

What was your major in college and how did you get to the position you are in today?

I was a psychology major in college and got a Masters in marketing research, which opened the door for a career in marketing research.

What is your favorite hobby?

My favorite hobby is exercising. Movement of any sort, whether it’s running, yoga or dancing energizes me and is crucial for physical and mental health.

What advice do you want to give the next generation of women leaders?

I think the key to becoming a leader in any capacity is being brave and stepping outside your comfort zone. Commit to pushing yourself and getting uncomfortable because that’s where growth and success lives.
