What would you tell your younger self? I would tell my younger self to stay focus on my future and listen to my mother.

How do you balance your work and personal life? Often times one has more importance, and we’re curious to know how you’ve handled the balance. Balancing my work and life can be very stressful , but everyday i tell myself that I have 4 children that looks to me for support.

What’s your favorite part of your job and why? My favorite part of my job is being able to help the customers.

What is your favorite hobby? My favorite hobby would be family time and movie night.

What advice do you want to give the next generation of women leaders? Never let someone tell you what you can’t do! always be your own motivator.

What does leadership mean to you? Leadership to means to listen actively and support as needed.
