What would you tell your younger self? 

Don’t sweat the small stuff

What was your major in college and how did you get to the position you are in today?  

Advertising. I went through Portfolio School for grad school after undergrad to hone my skills.

What was your inspiration and what helped you become successful? How do you define success? 

I define success as being excited and passionate about what you’re doing every day.

How do you balance your work and personal life? Often times one has more importance, and we’re curious to know how you’ve handled the balance. 

I’m a relatively new mom, so I make sure to keep my working hours to 8:30-5 during the week so that I make sure he is taken care of and my family has my full attention when they need me.

What is your favorite quote? 

“Creativity is like washing a pig. It’s messy. It has no rules. No clear beginning, middle, or end. It’s kind of a pain, and when you’re done, you’re not sure if the pig is really clean or why you were washing a pig in the first place.”   – Luke Sullivan

What’s your favorite part of your job and why? 

My team. They’re awesome!

What is your favorite hobby? 

Reading (when I can)

What advice do you want to give the next generation of women leaders? 

Keep at it, don’t listen to the critics and I’ll be rooting for you every step of the way!

What does leadership mean to you? 

Leadership means listening and doing what’s best for the people who report to you.

What’s your advice on mentoring?

 I think mentoring is powerful when the right people come together to make a connection.

What’s your favorite ice cream? 

Mint chocolate chip
