What would you tell your younger self? The right path is not always the the most obvious or easiest path.

What was your major in college? Interpersonal communications. Grew up around the car business with my father. Sold cars at a Honda store and a Toyota store. Learned all about Manheim at the Toyota store and eventually got my foot in the door at Manheim Ohio on the sales team.

What was your inspiration and what helped you become successful? How do you define success? My dad has been and will always be my number one inspiration. His work ethic, dependability and leadership shone bright. I define success by being able to provide for my family and setting the same example for my children as my father did for me.
