What would you tell your younger self? Be YOURSELF! Know that you are worth so much, embrace your uniquness and shine your light.

How do you balance your work and personal life? Often times one has more importance, and we’re curious to know how you’ve handled the balance. As a wife and mother of two small boys, it is very important for me to have a solid balance. I make sure to focus my attention on my family durning home time, sitting work to the side and focusing only on family. I make sure when I am on PTO, that I am not focused on what I am missing at work and focus on vacation.
