Success to me means giving your all even when you do not feel like doing so. Digging deep within and showing up no matter what. Keeping an open mind to learn something new everyday. Stay positive and humble. Sharing my fears and failures so that someone may learn from the challenges I experienced.
How do you balance your work and personal life? Often times one has more importance, and we’re curious to know how you’ve handled the balance.
I struggled with this for a major part of my life. Striving for perfection, I made work my priority. I neglected my personal health for too long. Recently I took an inventory of myself, Pro’s and Con’s and put a plan in place to change what I needed in life to be healthy. I identified the essentials of what a balanced life meant for me and working on it one day at a time.
